How Moblank collects, uses, shares, and protects information across the public site, onboarding flow, and customer hub.

1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, phone number, website URL, waitlist messages, demo requests, onboarding responses, support messages, launch materials, revision requests, and account details.
When customers use the platform, we may process business records such as website status, domain details, launch tasks, billing status, activity history, and customer-visible timeline events.
We may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, authentication events, error logs, and security-related activity.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the website, manage waitlist and demo requests, create onboarding offers, provide customer dashboards, process billing, support website launch work, respond to requests, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
We may use customer business information to prepare website copy, launch plans, operational recommendations, automation workflows, and support responses.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We may receive payment status, customer ID, subscription ID, invoice details, and billing portal links from Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers to host the app, store data, authenticate users, process payments, send emails or magic links, manage customer sites, and monitor reliability. These providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Cloudflare, and similar infrastructure providers.
We only share information with providers as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a customer-requested workflow.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary cookies or local storage for authentication, security, platform operation, and remembering cookie notice preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are not currently loaded by default.
If we add optional analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking later, we will update the Cookie Policy and provide consent controls where required.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and improve operations. Retention periods may vary by record type.
You can request deletion or correction of your information, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational requirements.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, server-side privileged operations, authentication, and provider security features. No system is perfectly secure, and you should only provide information that is appropriate for the service.
8. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us through the waitlist or demo request flow. Customers can also use support paths inside the customer hub where available.
You may control cookies through your browser settings and by clearing local storage. Some necessary cookies are required for account login and platform operation.
9. Children
Moblank is built for business operators and is not meant for use by children. We do not intentionally request or collect information from anyone under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of the policy shows when it was last revised.
